1. Agreement
By visiting VellaFarms.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products & Pricing
Our offerings are small-batch and subject to availability. Prices and product details may change without notice. Any harvest-year designations reflect the year the crop was harvested and are not an indication of shelf life.

3. Orders & Shipping
Orders are confirmed once payment is processed. We currently ship within the continental United States. Delivery timelines are estimates only. Once your order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

4. Returns & Refunds
Because our products are perishable, all sales are final. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact concierge@vellafarms.com within 7 days of delivery and we will review a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.

5. Founders Circle Membership
Founders Circle benefits are personal and non-transferable. Product allocations are always subject to annual harvest availability.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including names, images, packaging, designs, and copy—is the property of Vella Farms LLC or used with permission. “Single-Orchard Almonds," "Heritage in Every Harvest," and related marks are trademarks or common-law marks of Vella Farms LLC.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vella Farms LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in or serving Stanislaus County, California.
